It’s again celebration time in India. After the Dusseshra and Id comes Diwali (Deepavali), the festival of lights. Diwali creates a wonderful atmosphere of light, sound and happiness. Along with the clay diya’s (lamps), sparklers and fireworks, the paper lantern also plays a huge role in Diwali decoration. People hang beautiful and colorful lanterns made from paper or fabric in front of their homes.
