Complete redesign of existing website to responsive school website with an unique modern look, SEO friendly coding and staying within the brand’s colors. The main focus was to make it more easily update-able by school staffs along with being user friendly for all website visitors like students and parents. For the CMS (Content Management System) backend we have used wordpress as the framework. The skinning of the website i.e the theme of the website is completely custom created just for the NCA school.
Main Features Included:
- It is a printer-friendly fully responsive school website, designed to be viewable in any device such as mobile, smart phones, tabs, desktops etc.
- Image Slideshows that also work in smaller devices.
- Graceful degradation of website for older browsers – i.e Works OK in all browsers, specifically providing good user experience available in modern browsers.
- School Calendar integrated within website, and can be easily updated from the backend.
- HTML5 videos with flash alternatives for older browsers.
- Dynamic News and Events area for regular school updates.
- Custom Social Bookmarks and buttons with addthis integration.
